An attitude of gratitude.

A gratitude ritual makes your brain happy by boosting the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin. What’s more, research shows that people with a gratitude ritual cope better with everyday stress. Everyday stress is pretty much synonymous with parenting life, so gratitude is the perfect happiness habit for you.

Gratitude is my healthiest addiction thus far. I feel very fortunate to want to do the work to move forward from my past. I feel excited to have more tools in my tool kit so that I am holistically working towards finding my power and to explore my most authentic self and to finally realise I deserve it all.
